Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to using this website and the general basis on which Swift Web Developers provides its services.
Every project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement. Where that document differs from these general terms, the project document applies.
1. About these terms
swiftwebdevelopers.com is operated by Swift Web Developers, a website development business based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it does not form an offer or a contract. Market cost figures quoted in our guides come from third-party sources, which are named, and are not our prices.
You may not use this website to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
3. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you provide and is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins only after you accept a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment milestones and number of review rounds.
4. Payments
Payments are due according to the milestones in your proposal. Whether GST applies is stated on each quote and invoice. If payments are significantly delayed, work may be paused until they're brought up to date, and timelines adjusted accordingly.
5. Client responsibilities
- Providing content, images, logos and information needed for the project, in the agreed timeframe
- Confirming that you have the right to use any material you supply
- Reviewing work and giving consolidated feedback within the agreed review rounds
- Keeping your login details secure after handover
Delays in providing content or feedback can move the project timeline.
6. Changes to scope
Requests outside the agreed scope, such as new pages, features or extra review rounds, are quoted separately and carried out only after you approve the additional cost.
7. Ownership
Once the project has been paid for in full as agreed, you own the website content created for you, and your domain, hosting and admin accounts are registered in your name. Third-party software such as WordPress, themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences. We may reuse general techniques, code snippets and know-how that aren't specific to your business.
8. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, payment gateways, plugins and other third-party services are provided under those providers' own terms and fees. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy decisions, though we'll help where we reasonably can.
9. Search rankings and results
We build websites with SEO foundations and can provide ongoing SEO services, but search engines decide rankings. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, number of enquiries or sales.
10. Portfolio
We will only feature your project in our portfolio or marketing with your permission.
11. Maintenance and support
Support after launch is provided on request or under a maintenance plan, as agreed in writing. Plan terms, including what is covered and how to end the plan, are set out when you sign up.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page, by WhatsApp or by phone at +91 90525 28183.
